Refunds & Returns Policy

We take pride in our products and do our utmost to make sure all products shipped to our customers are thoroughly checked for any defects.

Due to the nature of leather products, only certain defects can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will need to investigate the damage/complaint  via direct communication, once satisfied, you’ll get either a refund of your money or another product of the same value, be it similar or not. But, when you return your purchase, the condition must not be deteriorated and carry the original packaging. The buyer should also maintain all paperwork related to your purchase, any shipping costs will also need to be covered by the purchaser.
